NATIONAL CLIMATE MARCH
SAT 6TH DECEMBER
LEEDS COACH
Saturday 6th December will see thousands of activists descend upon London for the National Climate March. Organised by the Campaign Against Climate Change, the march will culminate in a rally at Parliament Square, featuring speakers Nick Clegg (leader, Liberal Democrat Party), Caroline Lucas (leader, Green party), and George Monbiot (Honorary President, Campaign against Climate Change).
We're making props, bringing costumes, inviting drummers - it should be a fun, colourful, noisy day out!
Stop Climate Chaos Leeds has organised a coach down to the event. The coach leaves at 7AM and arrives back at 10PM, and at a meagre £16 waged/£12 concession it's the cheapest and most enjoyable way to get down to the event. Booking is easy - just visit the website below, download the booking form and send it to us. Alternatively, tickets can be purchased at Leeds University Union's Green Action Co-op. Also, if you're booking in a group, get in touch to find out about our group discounts!
